Mythweb pulls the path of the channel icon from the db and tries to copy
it into place (really sucks that the backend doesn't have a way to
transfer these between machines).

That still requires that /var/cache/mythweb/image_cache/ be writable by
mythweb (the symlink should just pull its perms from the target).

Anyway, there are other things in data/ like the music/video symlinks,
too.  Mythweb auto-creates these (as well as tv_icons and cache) if
they're not present, so it does still need write access to data/.
