It is definitely puzzeling that after a new graphics card and a new OS, I am
seeing the same problems.  I'm recompiling now with --enable-opengl-vsync,
however I notice on the output of comile that it says "XvMC OpenGL sup.
no".  Perhaps this is causing the problems.
