[mythtv-users] Upgrade from .19 -> .20 stuck after schema version 1153

I am upgrading mythtv using atrpms.  I ran mythtvsetup and it got stuck
here:

(stuck)

I noticed that the mysqld is using 25%-50% of the cpu, so I think it is
spinning.  I have no idea how to further diagnose.
