This is what I am getting also (I don't get the GLXBadContextTag piece that
Matthew's getting)  - it's repeatable, but not every time.  I bring up the
Program Guide and select a new channel.  It sometimes works and sometimes
doesn't.  I would say about 1 out of 4 fails (Then I have to kill the
frontend and restart)

I read somwhere that this may be a result of the video resolution and GUI
resolution being different.  I haven't checked this out on mine yet.  I will
say that I haven't changed resolutions from the .19-fixes version and I did
not have the problem there - its definitelty new in .20.


This appears to be related to openGL, but I have turned off openGL in the
appearance menu (using QT).  I've also tried various command-line options
when starting the frontend.  I've tried with and without XvMC with the same
results.

So far, all with this problem appear to have NVidia Cards.  Is it a
compatabilty problem with the NVidia Driver???

Also before the error, do you see this message (it occurs when bringing up
the EPG):

QGLContext::makeCurrent(): Failed.
 As I think its releated.  Although I always get that message - every time I
enter (and exit? - will need to check) the EPG, but I don't always get the
badaccess message.  Everything appears to work fine up until the BadAccess
message.

Anyhow - my system specs.
FC3 (With updated kernel to 2.6.16-22a)
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
nVidia driver 8178
