Anyone has a good mATX motherboard to recommend?  My requirements are

1. 3 PCI slots (no PCI Express needed).
2. 1394 port
3. DVI preferred
4. Digital Audio Out preferred

This one looks very nice, but it only has 2 PCI slots.
