On the frontend of the "other" machine, what host does the "mysql.txt" have in it? (the file will be in the ".mythtv" under the home directory you setup for mythtv to user (ie. /home/mythtv/.mythtv/mysql.txt)

You need to have the database server pointing to the same server as the backend.

Subject: [mythtv-users] Recordings on different frontends

Hello,
Today I have schedule my first recording with mythtv. Everything has gone
perfect. The recording has been scheduled from the same machine where the
backend is running using the frontend (on that machine). The problem is that
I try to see that recording in the frontend of other machine that recording
does not appear in the list of recordings when I select "watch recordings".

The recording directory is shared through NFS.

Luis.
