I can't deduce working modelines but:

Pixel frequency= dot clock = the first number in the modeline
The horiz freq and vert freq will be what the thing is running at in those
modes. In the site below these are called "horizontal sync rate" and
"refresh rate". Try getting the XGA_75 line working....
