[mythtv-users] MythWeb and Viewing Recording/Videos from a Browser

Hi All
 
I was wondering if there is a way to force MythWeb to use "Streaming" when
connecting from within the network.
For example
When connecting from within the network and putting the mouse over a
recording, I notice that the link is in the form
myth://192.168.x.x:6543/filename.mpg.
When connecting from the Internet the path is
http://example.com/mythweb/pl/stream/10xx/filename.
I would like to use the second example no matter where I am at.
 
Also when in the Video section of MythWeb I always get a "403 Forbidden"
message. I know this is probably a permissions issue but where does it need
to be set - httpd.conf?
