[mythtv-users] New MythArchive "Series" theme

I've been using the MythCenter theme but realised the theme wasn't best 
suited to shows that were part of a series (or a season as you yanks 
like to call them) - mainly because all episodes share the same title so 
it was a waste of screen space to repeat this title for each menu item 
on the main menu. So I've made a slightly modified version with the 
following changes:

* The title is only shown once at the top of the screen (title is taken 
from the first recording), and then subtitles are used as the title for 
each recording.
* I don't find the date of the recording very useful so I removed this 
making a bit more space for the description
* 4 recordings per page rather than 3. I noticed that I can normally fit 
4 episodes of most shows onto a disk so I thought this made more sense.

There's one small problem with it at the moment. If you put more than 4 
recordings on the disk then it displays the navigation arrows for 
switching pages but I don't seem to be able to use them. I'm not sure 
whether this is a problem with the theme or my pc. Let me know if they 
work for you or if you know what to do to fix it.
