[mythtv-users] MythWeb can't serve my recordings

I noticed in MythWeb that I can view the mpgs I record. When I pick the 
title link I get 

1030_20061025013458.mpg does not exist in the recordings directory.

even though ls -l ~/video/recordings shows:

-rw-r--r-- 1 root root  155521088 Oct 25 01:38 1030_20061025013458.mpg
-rw-rw-rw- 1 root root      23144 Oct 25 01:38 1030_20061025013458.mpg.png

mythbackend runs as root

Apache runs as apache/apache and mythweb.conf is:

<Directory /var/www/html/mythweb>
        Options FollowSymLinks
        AllowOverride All
</Directory>

and I can't find a FAQ or much of a Google hint.
