Ha!  Or so I thought I had it.. The data was correct.. I stress was.  
Now, oddly, it is displaying data from 1:54pm for the current conditions 
(7+ hrs ago) and, after a LONG pause, it goes to the current animated gif..

Ugh.  Back to debugging..
