Since I originally used the atrpms packages, I pulled down the
libmyth-devel package.  Once that was installed (it has a bunch of
dependencies on other development pacakges (couldn't find one called
"jack-audio-connection-kit-devel") which you may or may not need),
mythweather compiled up just fine.

After that, it was about a dozen PERL modules that needed installing,
but the configure script tells you exactly which ones.

I'll install it now and give it a shot when I get home. :)
