[mythtv-users] channel icons for MythWeb

Along with what Mike said, you should also be aware that mythtv stores
the icons as a local path, so if you run on a different server than
mythweb, or if mythweb doesn't have read access to the icon directory,
it can't copy the files over.

I personally see this as a behavior that should be changed (should store
them in the db or some other shared-accessible location), but for now
that's how it works.
