That's a pretty old card, are you sure that it even supports XvMC?  The
nVidia driver might decide that it doesn't, and not allow you to use it.

Try using XvMC within mplayer, and if it doesn't work there, then you'll
either need to disable XvMC in MythTV, or buy a card that supports it.
