That's about what I'm seeing, and I'm only an SD 0.19 system.

The errors always seem to be "safe" ones, in that they cause me to
view a commercial, but never chop programming.

The ones that get missed are usually "self-integrated" spots, ones
that were produced into the program by the network and/or syndicator.
Local spots are always caught. This makes sense as the self-
integrated ones are better matched to the program and generally have
smoother transitions.
