OK, I upgraded to the latest trunk this morning. Only partial success.
The backend no longer crashes when I access the HDHomerun "capture card"
in Myth, but I still can't get any HD. If I try to Watch TV, I get the
OSD display saying that it can only get a partial lock (despite 98%
signal strength), and I never get a picture. Channel up and down at this
point bring up a "Browsing" text, but nothing else happens. Only ESC
works to go back to the menu. But when I ran the channel scan from
within mythtv-setup, it found quite a few channels and was able to get
locks on them.
Back to the drawing board.
I haven't applied the "opencable" patch mentioned in another thread yet,
and I will do so tonight, but it doesn't sound like that is my problem.
