[mythtv-users] 0.20, mythtv-setup not getting all channels

Well, I redid the XMLTV download, after configuring it first, and got
data in xmltv.xml this time. Guess it didn't like doing a configure at
the same time as a download.

I checked what XMLTV got, and made sure there were no duplicate
channels, either by station id, or channel id. No duplicates.

So I went back to mythtv-setup and mythfilldatabase, and tried again,
with the same results: only about 10 of the 180+ channels make it into
the database. I did a "-v database, channel" on the mfdb, and looking
through the output of that, I see things like "insert into
dd_station..." that seem to match up with XMLTV; that is, mfdb is
apparently getting all the channels from the lineup, at least into the
temporary tables ("dd_...").

But, in the end, almost nothing ends up in the database. No error
messages, nothing. It looks like it gets the channels, they are uniquely
identified, and then for some reason just never inserts them into the
database.

What are some things I can do to verify that I've done things truly
correctly?
