Yeah, because the "Fetch channels" button uses mythfilldatabase to get
the channels. Are you saying the lineup includes the additional
channels? Did you check this immediately before running the "Fetch
channels"? mythfilldatabase will automatically remove any channels from
your lineup when you tell it not to use those channels, so it's possible
that when you had things incorrectly set up, mfdb removed channels from
the lineup, after which you won't get additional channels (because there
are none).
mythfilldatabase logs (without the "-v all") should say, "Not adding
channel..." if it sees a channel but you've told it not to use that
channel. Do you see those?
