[mythtv-users] When does Mytharchive use tcrequant?

	After doing the latest yum update, mytharchive now works.  I've 
seen looking through the lists about compression-domain size reduction 
(i.e. tcrequant).  Under what situations is this done?  

	I'm playing with two 1/2 hour recordings (704x480 6Mbps) in 
different permutations on a DVD-RW disk.  If I were to choose the 
(glacially slow) reencode options (SP, EP, etc), does it use tcrequent or 
ffmpeg?
