Well IIRC it's run all the mpeg's divx's and xvid's I've thrown at it. I've
never tried a wmv to the best of my knowledge. It also plays iso's and vobs
etc.

I think the best option would be suck and see.

And then write up your findings as a wiki entry ;-)

As far as I know there are no useful Internal command line options..

The instructions as to how to enable it are the same for changing any
command line options globally or for individual files as you would for
MythVideo just substitute "mplayer -xv blah blah ..." for "Internal".
