[mythtv-users] Manual scheduling of short programs not stopping

I set a manual recording of about 3-4mins via MythWeb and MythTV 
interfaces a both didn't stop after 6 mins is this normal?

ie whats the minimum period I can schedule for?
if its greater than these amounts perhaps the schedule should be updated 
when saved to avoid this confusion.

or is this a bug?

Can anyone else attempt a "manual recording" for about 2 mins to verify 
its not just me.

Also this is with a V4L device  (3rd Encoder) if thats significant
