[mythtv-users] protocol version mismatch, what's the best solution?

There might not ever be a release from the fixes branch.  I may just do 0.21 
sooner (mostly since I want to get the fixed mythweather stuff in, and that's 
_certainly_ not grounds for a merge into the fixes branch).

There haven't been anything more than just fixes to the branch.
