If you can't tell the difference between Bob and the others, then you
are probably watching 24 fps content (movies, drama, etc).  Try a
sporting event, or late night talk shows - the difference is huge.

The 1080p standard is 24fps, yuk - 720p with proper 60fps content is
best.
