[mythtv-users] 1080i HD without XvMC, how much horsepower?

I just dropped XvMC because it is horribly jittery doing 1080i without
OpenGL vsync, and that doesn't seem to be working after I last upgraded
my nVidia drivers.  I have a 5200FX card, AMD 2500+, gcc 4.1, Gentoo
system, and with libmpeg2, 1080i plays just fine; I think the CPU is
around 65%.
