It looks to be a non-MCE edition, but with the MCE remote (the MCE kit
I think is what it's called).

My understanding (and I just visited the Hauppauge site to see if I
was right and it looks like I am) is that the 2 big differences are:
1.  The MCE edition has actual RCA audio inputs (the non has a
1/8"-3mm stereo jack);
and
2.  The non-MCE edition comes with the MCE remote.
