[mythtv-users] Multiple Backends

you need to make sure they both have static IP's (or at least the
master backend)
Then, on the slave(s), you simply need to run mythtv-setup, and in
the spot where it has the master backend ip, put the ip of your
master in. It'll connect to the master and get the program info and
scheduling and such from there. You may also want to share the folder
you save your shows on as a NFS share, and mount it on the slave, so
that they both record to the same place, but that is optional.
There's a lot of tweaks and settings you can adjust, but the main
thing is to specify the IP of the master backend on both setups.
