I assume you heeded this advice?   Could you tell us a little more
about your setup?

Also, are concerned primarily with the warnings you are getting from
mythfilldatabase, or the failure of liveTV to start?

I don't know if this bug has been fixed or not, but it used to be that
LiveTV wouldn't always work when you first started up.  Try manually
scheduling a 1 or 2 minute program to record, see if that recording
works, and then try liveTV again if it does.
