I had to bump up the amount of space MythTV kept free on my hard disk. 
It was running out of space and creating corrupted recordings.  This
happened about the time I switched to 0.20.  Once I bumped up the amount
of free space from 2 gigs to 4 it stopped happening.  Maybe this is the
problem the original poster is seeing.
