Your poll needs a third option:  "I don't know or care how long
LiveTV channel switching takes because I never watch LiveTV and have
no interest in it."  I realize that this technically falls under "no"
(and have voted accordingly), but, if the devs' position is that LiveTV
channel switching time doesn't matter because most users don't use LiveTV,
then I think it's also relevant to determine whether that's true or not.
