Go to the TV listings page on www.zap2it.com (not labs) and hover the 
mouse over the callsign link in the first column of the grid. You will 
see xmltvid as part of the url that shows up in the status bar (it's the 
"stnNum" parameter).

Also, I believe that the built-in channel editor ("E" in Live TV) can 
get you the xmltvid if you fill in the callsign. I am not sure about the 
exact procedure though.
