Not an issue for me. What happens for me is that you would end up with
*two* recordings: 7-7:50pm, and 7:50-9pm. The file also shouldn't be
overwritten, since the second recording will have a different filename
(the filename is based on the time the recording was started, not the
program start time in the programming guide).
