[mythtv-users] mythbackend thinks its idle if recording directory is shared via NFS

I have the following directories setup for myth...

/myth/tv  (for recordings)
/myth/video
/myth/music
/myth/game
etc...

I also have the whole nvram startup/shutdown working great, set to shutdown
after 60 seconds of being idle.
Now this was working great until I recently shared up the above /myth
directory over NFS.

My mythbackend now thinks its always idle unless its recording something and
therefore shuts down if I just want to watch a recording!! The log below
shows this, I connect a frontend and yet it is still counting down as it
thinks its idle...

I'm running a recent svn 11705, so is this a bug? or do I need to change
some setting now my recordings directory is available over NFS?
