I had a kind-of-similar problem with Channel 4 and variants on
Multiplex B. I got slightly differnet symptoms in that the recordings
worked fine, and didn't crash the backend, but attempting playback
(and liveTV as well for obvious reasons) crashed the frontend.
Retuning the channels pulled one back to working (which may have been
unrelated problem) and a recompile from source with debugging options
turned on cleared the rest before I could debug any furthur. I have a
nagging doubt the major difference might be not having done a 'make
distclean' before my first install of 0.20, but I don't really have
any way of prooving that.
