[mythtv-users] AC3 and DTS passthrough from Internal DVD player in 0.20

I have neglected the AC3 and DTS passthrough setting since it used to
cause problems with my passthrough setting in mplayer and xine earlier.
Now it works perfectly well. I can't believe I didn't try that before...
