I am still seeing this delay as well in 0.20.  20 seconds to enter Watch
Recordings or to get back to the main menu after replying no to "Are you
sure that you wish to exit?"  My theme painter is definitely set to QT.
I have tried GANT, Retro, and ProjectGrayhem.
