[mythtv-users] ivtv-0.4.5 and mythtv 0.18.1

Hi,

After upgrading to ivtv-0.4.5, I can tune and watch a program in MythTV, but 
switching channels often results in blank, black screen and the only way out 
is killing the X server.

This whole ivtv-0.4.5 experience is very frustrating. Is there any way to 
debug mythtv crashing in this way? Perhaps the combination of ivtv-0.4.5 and 
mythtv-0.18.1 is incompatible?
