[mythtv-users] CC Problem: Can't enable VBI recording?

Have you set the VBI device in mythtv-setup (Video Sources) and VBI 
format in mythtv-setup (I think it's General, on page Global Backend Setup).

Also make sure you have a capture card and driver version that supports 
VBI recording.
