[mythtv-users] inserting cut point behaviour

Assuming that one wants to default to trusting the commercial points, is
there a way to have the cutlist automatically load them?  I'm seeing a good
enough hit rate that I'd love to just have them loaded, and tune them only
if there's a problem.
