Forgot to recommend the
MSI FX5200-TD128LF
Everything just works, I have it connected via DVI->HMDI to a sony lcd 
projection set. 1280*720p native.  Using bob, xvmc on an amd 1800XP.  No 
glitches, hiccups with xvmc, opengl, etc.  Unlike the card I had before 
a geforce 4000 or something. The 4000 was supposed to support the same 
features, they didn't work properly and sometimes not at all.
