Whoops. Isn't it great what a reboot and the right tuning data file will 
do for you !

The card is now working good in my FC5 test box with SVN myth from last 
night. Going to keep it  there until I've done an FC3 to FC5 and 18.1 to 
19.1 upgrade on my master backend.
