[mythtv-users] Symptom -> Solutions Wiki page?

Has anyone thought of doing and page in the Wiki with a mapping of
symptoms to possible solutions?

I'm thinking of something like you find in the trouble shooting pages of
many consumer electronics manuals. Here's an example:

Recordings show up in the UI and MythWeb, but are listed as being 0
bytes, and have no content.

Solution(s):
Your capture card is unable to tune to the specified channel. Check the
backend logs for entries like these:

2006-05-11 16:00:05.449 TVRec(10): Changing from None to RecordingOnly
2006-05-11 16:00:05.495 DVB#0 ERROR - Could not find dvb tuning
parameters for mplex 32767
2006-05-11 16:00:05.499 DVB#0 ERROR - Failed to get channel options for
channel 52.
2006-05-11 16:00:05.501 TVRec(10) Error: Failed to set channel to 52.
Reverting to kState_None
2006-05-11 16:00:05.504 TVRec(10): Changing from RecordingOnly to None

Obviously there could be multiple solutions to the problems.
