There won't be a line for the 'pool' directory.

The line that you have references dists/etch/main/binary-$ARCH which
contains Packages list of all the packages for etch. If you look in this
list you will see that it refers to files in the pool directory. The
files under pool are the ones referenced by all distributions, not just
etch.

The mythplugin packages you see under pool are most likely referenced by
a distribution other than etch, such as sid. If you want to use them as
is you'd need to be running that distribution. Otherwise you could
either wait and see if they get added to etch eventually or build Etch
packages yourself from the sources for sid etc.
