If you mean the whole screen goes jittery when the OSD is up, then
this fixed it for me. ( G-Force MX4000, nVidia 7676)

Adding the following line to my "Device" section in /usr/X11/xorg.conf
completely solved the jitter w/OSD issue I was having:
