Isn't  this card referring to mpeg2 HD, which most cards can recieve? 
Maybe the format doesn't really matter - as the card doesn't play any 
part in decoding it anyway, it's just a digital stream surely and the 
stream is being picked up by the card when tuning? Would mplayer be a 
quick way to test this?
