My highest bitrate is set for 4Mb/sec, so that's probably where our
differences are...  Take it down a few notches and you should be fine.
 Of course that doesn't explain why 0.19 can't handle it where 0.18
could, but I wasn't recording over 4Mb/sec even on 0.18.
