[mythtv-users] How do I -COMPLETELY- disable the expirer?

yes, there is that and I know there was another error that I ran into 
that wiped my database because my NFS partition wasn't mounted and 
autoexpire ate everything.  I believe we fixed that prior to 0.19 not 
allowing the expirer to delete metadata unless it actually deletes the file
