In looking at my playback with XvMC, I'm getting horrible results with
it. I noticed my logs had:

2006-03-28 17:57:38.157 Refresh rate: 16579, frame interval: 33366

While yours were equal on either side. And I get also alot of:

2006-03-28 18:00:56.451 NVP: Audio is 3.78394 frames ahead of video,
                        doubling video frame interval.
2006-03-28 18:00:56.516 NVP: Audio is 3.37742 frames ahead of video,
                        doubling video frame interval.

and

2006-03-28 18:00:54.378 NVP: progressive frame seen after 1 interlaced
frames
2006-03-28 18:00:54.477 NVP: interlaced frame seen after 3 progressive
frames
2006-03-28 18:00:54.544 Set video sync frame interval to 33366

'video_output' mean = '33683.97', std. dev. = '7028.82', fps = '29.69'

2006-03-28 18:00:55.773 NVP: progressive frame seen after 38 interlaced

2006-03-28 18:00:55.973 Disabled deinterlacing

and prior to all this

2006-03-28 18:00:28.103 Trying XvMC port 119
2006-03-28 18:00:28.103 VideoOutputXv: Adaptor: 3 has flag[s]:

vld 0, idct 1, mpeg2, sub-width 0, sub-height 0, disp, p<= 120, 1200
<=p, port, surfNum)
2006-03-28 18:00:28.104 Trying XvMC port 120
2006-03-28 18:00:28.104 VideoOutputXv: No suitible XVideo port found

I'm concerned also about the last line. I hope someone with some
knowledge may have some input...
