Same here with a Celeron D 2.93ghz. 40% CPU with XvMC. At least I think
there aren't any sync issues. Some of my HD streams are messed up upstream
though. Not sure what the deal is with that. Some channels seem to work.
There's just never anything interesting on them so I don't use them much.

I have Bob turned off currently because I'm using RTC vsync and it doesn't
seem to work with RTC. OpenGL vsync is broken because I'm running
nvidia >7676.
