[mythtv-users] Where do I get this version of the Blue theme?

That's exactly what I did. So far I've only done the background and 
myth_tv_logo, I may do button_on/off, and I also may do some other minor 
icons, I haven't decided yet. I just really like the background from 
that old theme.
