Was it active when you got it or did you have to get them to activate  
the port ?? Sometimes telling them you have a TiVo will get them to  
activate it, you really don't want to go into what Myth is with a  
Cable Company CSR :-)

BTW - I see the TiVo vs. Echostar lawsuit starts being heard today.
